Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

2 eggs or 4 yolks

1 ½ cups cooked pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix!)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons molasses (or real maple syrup)

¼ teaspoon cloves

½ teaspoon ginger

½ teaspoon salt

1 1/3 cups scalded milk

1 prepared, unbaked 9" pie crust (double recipe if using larger pie plate)

Directions:

Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients; whisk and pour into prepared crust. Bake 40-50 minutes at 425 or until center is set (knife comes out clean).
