Triple Chocolate Mess

 12 (or 1 if it’s been a rough week)

Preparation time:

 5 min.

Ingredients:

 1 dark chocolate cake mix

1 pint sour cream

1 package instant chocolate pudding

1 bag chocolate chips (Ghiradelli double chocolate are best!)

¾ cup oil

4 eggs

1 cup water

Directions:

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients together, pour into crockpot. Cook on low temp for 5-8 hours – don’t be tempted to overcook or turn it to high heat – this one needs to be slightly soft! Will jiggle slightly in the center just before it’s done…….

Serve in bowls with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge………..terrific!!

Notes:

 Easy as they come and absolutely wonderful!! I’ve also tried with yellow cake mix and butterscotch pudding/chips – also very good!
