Peanut Butter Balls
Submitted by:
Stacey D-J
Servings:
Preparation time:
Ingredients:
Cookies:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick softened butter
Chocolate Coating:
18 ounces melted chocolate (I use Ghiradelli chocolate chips); may melt
in double boiler with small piece paraffin (optional but good to make
chocolate set and shiny)
Directions:
Combine
all ingredients except chocolate and paraffin; chill slightly. Roll into
balls and chill or freeze. Drop chilled or frozen balls into melted
chocolate; place on foil sprayed with cooking spray until chocolate is
completely set. Store in refrigerator (also freeze very well).
Notes:
This is a
recipe from Karen Powers – yum! Very easy – and wow are they good!
