Ingredients: |

pound stew meat
3-4 potatoes, quartered
2-3 carrots, sliced
2-3 onions, sliced
salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 box frozen peas |

Directions: |
In
dutch oven, place meat, potatoes, carrots, and onions. Salt and
pepper, spread mushroom soup over the top. Place lid on dutch oven.
Bake at 300 for 3 hours without lifting lid. Add frozen peas, bake
with lid on for an additional 30 minutes. |

Serve with biscuits or crusty bread. |
