Ingredients:

1 prime rib
oil
garlic
rosemary
|
|
Directions:
|
Place giant hunk
o’meat in large roasting pan; rub with oil, then garlic and
rosemary. Incinerate for
10 minutes at 500°F, then reduce heat and continue cooking at 325°F
for 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 145°F for rare (or to
desired doneness).
