Queenie’s Chicken Wings

Preparation time:
About an
hour (plus 4 hours to overnight - marinade)
Ingredients:
5 pounds
chicken wings/drummies
10-12 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. dried mustard
½ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. oil
1/3 c water
cayenne pepper to taste
Additional:
½ cup brown sugar
water
Directions:
Mix all
ingredients into marinade and refrigerate wings overnight (or for at least 4
hours). Brown wings on both sides under broiler then place wings and
marinade in roaster pan and cook 1/2 hour at 375. Mix an additional
1/2 cup brown sugar with a few tablespoons of water and pour over wings -
continue baking until syrupy.
