Preparation time:
Chill 4 hours or overnight
Ingredients:
2 3-ounce packages strawberry jello
2 cups hot water
2 10-ounce packages frozen strawberries (sweetened); or use fresh strawberries, crushed and lightly sweetened
1 pint whipped cream
1 angel cake, broken in bite-sized pieces
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add frozen strawberries. Chill until slightly thick; fold in whipped cream. Spoon in layers over broken angel cake. Chill.

This is one from family get-togethers. I believe it came from my mom’s Aunt Lil.
