Summer Tomato Salad

Ingredients:
3 pounds assorted
tomatoes (regular size)
3 tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons
balsalmic vinegar
2 tablespoons
chopped, fresh basil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon
freshly ground pepper
1 cup yellow or
red pear or grape tomatoes
Directions:
Finely dice
enough tomato for 1/3 cup.Place
in a jar, add dressing ingredients, shake to mix.Slice remaining regular-sized tomatoes and arrange on serving
platter.Pour dressing
over.Add pear or grape
tomatoes to garnish.
