Tuna Log

Ingredients:
1 large can tuna,
drained and squeezed dry
1 8 ounce package
cream cheese
1 medium onion,
finely chopped
½ cup celery,
finely chopped
juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon
seasoned salt
1 teaspoon garlic
salt
½ cup parsley,
very finely chopped
½ cup pecans,
very finely chopped
Directions:
Combine tuna,
cream cheese, onion, celery, lemon juice, and seasonings. Mix very well. Combine
parsley and pecans; sprinkle in a rectangle on a sheet of plastic
wrap. Roll tuna in a log
shape over the parsley/pecan mixture until evenly coated. Chill
several hours or overnight. Serve
with crackers.
Notes:
Great made with
light cream cheese and water-packed tuna. Wonderful
as a bagel spread!
